1. What's the difference between the 8 week course and BLUE coaching?
The 8 week course lasts 8 weeks total. The BLUE coaching plan requires a 6 month commitment. The 8 week course is $399. The BLUE coaching plan is $197. per month for six months, for a total of around $1200.
The GREEN coaching plan includes the complete sales system for booking paid speaking engagements. It's $297 for 6 months. About $1800 total.
ONE paid speaking engagement will pay for these courses.
2. Why are the coaching plans 6 months long?
First, it takes commitment and time to complete all the 5 Keys - and to complete them correctly. Each one is going to cost you some money - over and above your coaching. A web site for example takes time and money to complete.
The most important reason though, is because most speakers fail to complete all the steps or don't finish them properly. So its vital that you stay in momentum over time and get ongoing support for the period of time it's going to take you to get all these things done.
3. What if I want to quit after a month or two?
The basic course, and all of Alexander's coaching programs have a 30 day money back guarantee. After that - no refunds are permitted.
4. How much will it cost - above and beyond the coaching?
That's hard to say. It depends on how much you want to spend on your web site, 1 sheet and video - to name the first three.
Part of the course and coaching plans is devoted to helping you do them for less and saving money on the key things you'll have to invest in.
A web site can be done properly for $1200 and up - and one-sheets can be constructed and printed for between $100 - $300. Color xeroxes can be used to start with.
The cost of your video will vary depending on if you have your own camera, or know someone who does. You can have presentation video taped professionally for $250 and up by a video pro.
The cost of your off line press kits would need to be quoted separately as printing costs will vary. An expensive printed press kit is not absolutely necessary to work at the $2500 to $5000 level.
So your total investment is estimated at approximately $1800 to $2000 not including your coaching and instruction. Maybe less as I'll show you how to save a lot of money on your video and web site.
Your first professional speech will more than cover it - so it should be considered a very worthwhile investment to put all your materials together.

5. Can I get a discount by paying in full in advance?
At present we're not offering paid in advance discounts.
6. Why isn't there sales training in the basic course or blue coaching plan?
Simply because it takes so much focus and dedication to complete the first 3 of The 5 Key Essentials. Until the first 3 are finished - you really have no use for a sales system and so there's no reason to pay for one.
The first 3 keys are:
1. Your topics and positioning
2. Confidence and Skill - at your 45 min. to 1-hour presentations
3. Your Marketing Materials - most all of them
(web site, video, 1 sheet, bio, online press kit, offline press kit)
When you've completed these first 3 steps - and are speaking regularly and confidently in your local area - THEN you're ready to begin selling your self and begin charging fees.
These are really two phases on your journey. Learning the sales system too soon is distracting and confusing.
We've structured it this way to help you focus on completing the first 3 keys. Then - when you're ready, you can upgrade to the GREEN coaching plan and begin learning a complete sales system for booking yourself regularly at $2500 pre presentation and up.
7. Can I upgrade from BLUE to GREEN?
Yes. At any time, when you're ready - upgrading to the GREEN coaching plan, so you can learn the entire sales system - is a great idea.
Say you sign up for the BLUE coaching and in a couple months, you want to learn the sales process to start booking paid gigs. You can upgrade your coaching plan to the GREEN level - and your monthly rate goes up by $100.
Your total commitment would still be for just 6 months total. But you would have spent a couple months at BLUE and 4 months at GREEN.
We do not allow down grades however. If you sign up for the GREEN 6 month coaching plan, you may not down grade to blue.
8. Do you pay for my 1-sheet, my video, my web site?
No. You will be required to pay for and create all these things and any other materials you choose to promote yourself with.
Alexander's coaching and instruction will show you how to put these things together correctly and how to save money doing so.
9. How long will it take before I'm getting paid to speak?
It depends entirely on how much effort you put in. You can get an extraordinary amount of things done in the 8 week course.
Most everyone can get them all done in the 6 month long BLUE or GREEN coaching plan.
For best results - give yourself from 3 to 6 months. Don't be in a hurry.
Being a speaker is a highly paid and prestigious profession. It allows you to speak about what you love most or are very good at, travel the country and meet many first class professionals in various industries.
